TheParty Committee of the College of Humanities and Law and the PartyBranch of the Auditorium Village signed an agreement on pair-building

    In order to fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress ofthe Party and the spirit of the Central Committee's "Opinions onStrengthening the Construction of Grassroots Service-oriented PartyOrganizations", give full play to the demonstration and leadingrole of party organizations in helping units, and further play therole of party building in poverty alleviation effect. On the morningof September 1st, the Party Committee of the College of Humanitiesand Law and the counterparts of the school helped the party branch ofthe Leitang Village, Fengmin Town, Ding Poor Village, held a signingceremony for the agreement on the establishment of a pair ofgrassroots party organizations. The party committee secretary ZhangHui and the school's team leader and first secretary Guo Dijie in thevillage's poverty alleviation team signed the "1 + 2"activity agreement for the long-term party organization in LongchuanCounty. The signing ceremony was presided over by Xiao Hua, deputysecretary of the Party Committee of the College. Deputy Dean ZhengTingyi, all counselors and members of the village team participatedin the signing ceremony.

    At the signing ceremony, Zhang Hui first read the relevant content ofthe "1 + 2" Agreement for the Pair-building of the PrimaryParty Organization in Longchuan County to the participants. Shepointed out that the party committee of the college and the partybranch of the village hall of the college cooperated in pairs. On theone hand, they hoped to communicate and cooperate with the partymembers and teachers of the college and the grass-roots partyorganizations to build bridges and promote the construction of theparty at the grass-roots level. Continue to play the positive role ofcultural poverty alleviation, inject vitality into poor areas, andcontribute to the development of poor villages. Guo Dijie expressedgratitude to the College of Humanities and Law for its long-termsupport for the construction of the party hall organization in theauditorium. The pairing of the two parties will focus on enhancingthe organizational strength of the party organization at thegrassroots level and further promote the overall improvement of theparty branch in the hall.

    In addition, the two sides also exchanged experience and practice inparty building work, party member education and management services,and party member volunteer service work.

    It is reported that the pair-building of grassroots party organizationsinvolves six aspects: joint construction of organizations, jointmanagement of party members' education and management, joint actionof party organizations, joint work of major work tasks, culturalactivities, and service projects. In response to the Longchuan CountyParty Committee ’s call for the establishment of a “1 + 2”activity by the party organization at the grassroots level, theuniversity ’s party organization will be given full play to promotethe targeted poverty alleviation work. Stimulate the vitality ofgrass-roots party organizations, and further promote the building ofa new pattern of grass-roots party building in twins, two-waypromotion, and common improvement.
