   On August 16, 2019, under the scorching sun and accompanied byGuangzhou's unique "stove" weather, the two teachers ofSouth China Agricultural University, Faculty of Humanities and LawWang Yue and Xiong Qiang came to Guangzhou Xiehu Culture and MediaTechnology Co. Employment return visit. Unlike other companies, Xiehuwas founded by Xu Lian, a 2019 history graduate of the School ofHumanities. South China Agricultural University graduates account forthe majority of employees. When I first arrived at the company,classmate Xu Lian took us to visit everyone's office environment.     Speakingof the company's initial establishment, Xu Lian said that he wasinspired and guided by a fellow to enter the field of onlineself-media. He has been in the bank for half a year to witness hisgrowth from general editor to team deputy. His understanding of theindustry has gradually deepened, and his love has become stronger andstronger. In his junior year, Xu Lian started his own entrepreneurialjourney. In just two years, the team now has 7 regular employees and5 interns. At present, the company's main business is the operationof media accounts, and through cooperation with platforms such asToutiao.com, network traffic is turned into operating income. Inaddition, Xiehu also obtains service fees by helping other companiesoperate network accounts. That's it. The company has maintained ateam of more than 10 people to survive and develop, and basicallyachieved more profits than losses. During the work gap, the twoteachers exchanged cordially with the 19th graduates. Everyone saidthat because the company works in the project team, everyone ’sworking hours are more flexible than traditional enterprises.According to the actual arrival time, postponed work will bepostponed at night. The supporting facilities near the software parkare also relatively completed, and the conditions for renting anddining are convenient.

    Subsequently,the two teachers also had in-depth exchanges with the incubatordirector Mr. Deng. Xiehu's main investor and partner, GuangzhouZhezhe Incubator Co., Ltd., is actually one of the projects of theSouth China Agricultural University's entrepreneurial innovationbase. The person in charge, Mr. Deng, said that the outstandingtalents and serious attitude of the entrepreneurial team allow themto give praise to South China Agricultural University students, andthey will continue to support student entrepreneurship projects asalways. School teachers are also welcome to communicate and interactfrequently.

   Atthe end of the return visit, the students expressed their sincerethanks for the cultivation and support of their alma mater andcollege. On the occasion of parting, the two teachers also encouragedthe entrepreneurial team to "not forget the original intentionand remember the mission", continue to work hard in theirfavorite career, and realize their own value in the wave of socialdevelopment.
