On the morning of November 9th, on the occasion of the 110th anniversarycelebration of South China Agricultural University, the 6th BauhiniaSouth China Agricultural University Poetry Conference with the themeof "Patriotic · Love School·Love Home" was successfullyheld in the Classroom 101, Building No. 7 .The purpose of this poemand poetry conference was to inherit the cultural genes of SouthChina Agricultural University's discernment, prudence, anddedication, and sing praises to the motherland and South ChinaAgricultural University with poetry. Facing thegolden sunrise and walking through the fragrance of the earth, thespirit of Ding Ying is passed down from generation to generation, andthe fire of hope is still on earth. The two modern poems "NingDing Ying" and "In the World" brought to the team bythe College of Humanities and Law School of Poetry, in the name ofpoetry, inspired the beauty of the world and urged teachers andstudents to remember Ding Ying's spirit.

A song "Rolling Walnuts" by the Eagles and Drums of SouthChina Agricultural University ignited the atmosphere of the scene.The drums were arranged in an arc shape. The gongs and drums membersstood behind the drums and used drumsticks to beat the drum surfacein various ways. The drummers moved neatly and uniformly. With theirvigorous movements, heroic momentum, and high spirits, they played aspirit of slamming Fang Qi and self-improvement.

The students ofYunshan Fengming Poetry Club of Guangdong University of ForeignStudies expressed their joys in flower appreciation and theestablishment of our school through two modern poems, "Carnival"and "Ding You went to South China Agricultural University to seeflowers at the end of the year." Congratulations on theanniversary. Watch, the barren land becomes a harvest. Student YangRuixin led the audience to walk into the life of Mr. Ding Ying inOverwatch, compose the spirit of Ding Ying, and sing the praises ofthe times. The South China Agricultural University students recitethe Bauhinia and talk about the patriotic enthusiasm. DeputySecretary Xiao Hua took the stage to sing the Academy of Humanitiesand Law. The voluminous singing of Deputy Secretary Xiao Hua made theaudience feel his deep affection and love for the academy and theexpectation of the students of the academy to "respect theculture and the law, build a strong country, and be wise to lead therace".

There was also an interactive link in this poem conference. Classmates,teachers and guests on the scene all went on stage to performimpromptu recitation performances, expressed their love for ourschool and congratulations on the celebration. The head of theChinese Department, Wang Ying, gave a new meaning to "Xing GuanQun" by using impromptu recitation in a funny language, alsobrought a successful ending to this Poetry Conference.

This year's Bauhinia South China Agricultural University Poetry Conferencewas held at the 110th anniversary of our school. Teachers andstudents sent poems and sincere blessings to our school. At the sametime, the Poetry Conference also provided a platform for poetryappreciation to teachers and students and poetry lovers, our nationalfeelings and recognition of campus culture.
