Professor Ni Genjin attended the first meeting of the Provincial HistoryCommittee and accepted the letter of appointment

On November 2, the first plenary meeting of the History TeachingSteering Committee of Guangdong Undergraduate Universities was heldat the Zhuhai Campus of Sun Yat-sen University. Professor ChenChunsheng, chairman of the National History Teaching SteeringCommittee of Undergraduate Universities and Secretary of the PartyCommittee of Sun Yat-sen University, was elected to teach in HongKong and Macau The members of the steering committee attended theconference. The meeting first announced that the ProvincialDepartment of Education had decided that Professor Chen Chunshengwould serve as the chairman of the History Committee of GuangdongUndergraduate Universities. Next, Chairman Chen Chunsheng read outthe list of members and issued a certificate to the members whoattended the meeting. Professor Ni Genjin, director of our institute,attended the meeting and accepted the letter of appointment.
