The education research symposium on the theme of "Do not forget the original intention and remember the mission" of the Teacher'sWork Department and the Personnel Department of our school wassuccessfully carried out in our college

On the afternoon of October 18th, Ding Hongxing (Director), the teacherwork department and personnel department of our school, went to ourcollege to carry out the educational research activity of the themeof “not forgetting the original intention and remembering themission”, and held a discussion in the 304 meeting room of ourcollege. The members of the leadership team of our college, the headsof departments and teachers' representatives participated in thediscussion.

The symposium focused on three aspects: "how to strengthen the weaklinks of teachers 'ideological and political work in our school,mobilize teachers' enthusiasm for work, and our school's experience,practices, and suggestions in implementing teacher classificationassessment and management". With suggestions and suggestions,the meeting achieved good results. In order to fully understand theactual situation of teachers, the meeting also organized the teachingand research frontline teachers of our college to participate in therelevant questionnaire survey. The successful holding of thisresearch symposium has contributed to the identification of the weaklinks in the relevant work of our school, and it has importantguiding significance for the future development of our college'seducation and teaching work.
