The Education Research Symposiumon the theme of "Remain True to Our Original Aspirationand Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind"of the Teacher's Work Department and the Personnel Department of the School was Successfully Carried Out in the College

On the afternoon of October 18th, Ding Hongxing (Director), the teacherwork department and personnel department of our school, went to ourcollege to carry out the educational research activity of the themeof “RemainTrue to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind”,and held a discussion in the 304 meeting room of our college. Themembers of the leadership team of our college, the heads ofdepartments and teachers' representatives participated in thediscussion.

The symposium focused on three aspects: “howto strengthen the weak links of teachers ‘ideologicaland political work in our school, mobilize teachers’enthusiasm for work, and our school’sexperience, practices, and suggestions in implementing teacherclassification assessment and management”.Teachers of thecollege actively offered their advice and suggestions to the school,and the meeting achieved good results.Inorder to fully understand the actual situation of the teachers, themeeting also organized teaching and research inourcollege to participate in the relevant questionnaire survey. Thesuccessful holding of this research symposium has contributed to theidentification of the weak links in the relevant work of our school,and it has important guiding significance for the future developmentof our college's education and teaching work.
