Teachers and Students of Our College Participated in the 110th Anniversary Celebration——“Because of Dreams, Move Forward Bravely”Walking Activity around the School

In the golden autumn of October, the sky wasclear andrefreshing. In order to welcome the school's 110th Anniversary, onthe afternoon of October 19, the school union, physical educationresearch department, school youth league committee, and alumniassociation jointly organized a“Becauseof Dreams, MoveForwardBravely”waking activity around our school.Thelabor union of our college actively organizedteachersand students of the college to register. Representatives of teachersand students from the Department of History, Chinese,Law,and Philosophy, leaders of relevant departments of the school, andteachers and students of the Brother College participated in theceremony.

The event was hostedby Qin Zhian, the executive vice chairman of the school’slaborunion, and Jiang Yuyan, the school'sparty committee member and chief accountant, delivered an openingspeech. The activity startedand endedat the South Gate Archway and passedthrough “TianJiabing Sports Hall— College of LifeScience— College of Agriculture— LiuyiDistrict Sports Ground— Collegeof Art — MusicBuilding— HuashanStudent Activity Center— WaterConservancy—Collge ofCivil Engineering— SchoolHistory Museum— HongzeLake— SchoolFamous Stone— NewAdministration Building— DingYing Hall”.Thecommemorative clothing for this walking activity wasuniformly distributed by the school’slaborunion, and the red logo of “SouthChina Agricultural University 110th Anniversary Celebration”wasprinted on the back, showing the joy of the celebration. A shot fireda command, which kicked off the event and ignited everyone'senthusiasm.

The youthful humanities raised the red and bright courtyard flag andstrode forward with the same enthusiasm as a bright landscape in theteam. The facultiesand staffsin yellow commemorative clothes werenot far behind. With the mobilization of body functions, their stepswerebecoming more and more vigorous and their interest wasmore and more energetic. The teachers and students walked throughplants and trees inour school,and felt the long history and cultural heritage of it.While exercising, they were simultaneouslypampered and nourished, which enhanced the sense of collective honorand belonging.
